What we collect
We collect the information you provide when creating an account (name, email address) and the workout data you log within the app (exercises, sets, reps, weight). If you connect with a coach, their account information is linked to yours for sharing purposes.
How we use it
Your data is used solely to provide the 1More service — displaying your workouts, enabling real-time sync with your coach, and sending notifications you've opted in to. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Data sharing
When you invite a coach or accept a coach request, that coach can view your workout sessions in real time. You can remove a coach relationship at any time from your settings. No data is shared with third parties outside of what is necessary to operate the service (e.g., cloud infrastructure).
Data retention
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at the email below.
Security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on servers located in the EU. We apply industry-standard security practices to protect your information.
