Account and journal data

The service stores email and name, email confirmation, language, unit and notification preferences, sign-in sessions and your selected security settings. The journal includes exercises, sets and their measurements, notes, schedules, templates, programs, effort ratings, goals, body measurements, progress photos, wellbeing and habits. These data support saving, synchronization and display of your journal.

Coaches and separate permissions

After an invitation is accepted, the coach can access the athlete's workouts. The athlete separately controls workout editing. Body measurements, goals, wellbeing, habits and photos require individual grants that can expire or be revoked. Ending the coaching relationship revokes these grants. Shared conversation history remains available to its participants, while new messages are disabled.

The app removes cached revoked data on its next synchronization. An offline device may retain a previously received copy until synchronization; exported files and screenshots cannot be recalled through the service.

Apple Health / Health Connect

Connection is optional. Operating system read permission is separate from consent to upload selected data types to the 1More server. You can select workouts, weight, body fat, steps, sleep and heart rate. Workouts may include recorded distance and calories; workout heart rate and calories require a wellbeing grant for coach access. Timestamps, source and the source record identifier are retained to avoid duplicates and reconcile changes. The default read window is 30 days; deeper history is an explicit choice.

Imported workouts follow normal workout access rules. A coach needs a body-data grant for weight and body fat, and a wellbeing grant for steps, sleep and heart rate. Revoking upload stops future uploads and does not erase records already imported; these can be deleted separately. You may export selected own workouts and measurements back to Health; removing such a copy does not affect other sources.

Synchronization runs while the app is in the foreground. Measurements are journal data, not a medical assessment. Implemented features do not use Health data for advertising.

Messages, files and notifications

The service stores participants' messages and uploaded images, videos, audio and documents. Video is checked and converted for playback. Attachments are served only to authorized participants; the server processes messages and files, and chat is not end-to-end encrypted. When a message is reported, an administrator may access it to review the report.

Push is enabled separately on the device. Delivery uses a device token with Apple APNs or Google Firebase; notification text may appear on the lock screen according to system settings. Email supports invitations, confirmation and account recovery. Notification categories and quiet hours are configurable.

Export and public links

Export contains your training archive and separate reference history of conversations, grants and assignments available to you. Import does not create coaching relationships or send messages. A public link is created only by your action for a snapshot of a program or workout result. Links can be revoked and expire. Someone with an active program link can create an independent copy; revoking the link does not erase copies already created.

Storage and deletion

Live records remain until record or account deletion, taking into account shared history already delivered to other participants. Account deletion is available in settings and starts data cleanup; file deletion may finish in background jobs. Configured backup retention: 7 days.

The device stores offline data and pending changes, separated by account. App lock and removal of the local copy are available. Use the operator contact above for questions about your data.
